OK, so I am a bad blogger after all that. It just comes down to not having enough time. I feel so pulled in so many ways, and when I actually do get 10 minutes to myself all I want to do is veg. One of my biggest problems is that I am working only 3 days a week, but I still have the work load of working a full 40 hour work week. To be honest, I am currently looking for a new, PT job. I REALLY love staying home, and it is where my heart is, I just have to be patient and wait till the time is right.
Noah is going to be 6 months next week!?! I really can't believe it, it seems as though time is flying by. He is getting so big and his personality is just shining through. The other day there was a poll asking what 1 word would you use to describe your son/daughter, and the first thing I thought of was, "fair-weather". In fact, I lovingly call him my fair-weather Noah because he changes his moods so quickly. We are actually really struggling right now to get him to nap. He seems so enthralled with the world that he really hates napping and it takes a good 20 minutes to get him to go down. You would think that maybe 20 minutes isn't too bad, but the problem is he only sleeps for about 30 minutes. Also, his favorite nap spot is still his mommy! I don't mind, sometimes it's a pain, like when I have to go to the bathroom, but I enjoy our cuddle time. Next week will be a challenge because my husband is going out of town for a whole week to California, so it will be just Noah and I. I definitely appreciate all of his help when it comes to bedtime, getting up in the middle of the night. I fear for what I state I may be in when he returns. But, I will say I am going to enjoy spending all that time with my dear Noah!
